QuestionPro Import Data Configuration
QuestionPro API and Customer ID
This video shows you how to get the API key but with a recent update the QuestionPro API now requires the Customer ID. To find your customer ID you will go to "My Account" and it will show you it at the top. If you have multiple users on your QuestionPro team, each user will have their own Customer ID. When Importing surveys from VizualSurvey, it will only show you a list of surveys made from that Customer ID account, it will not show surveys shared to that account by other users. You will need to change the Customer ID to the user that created that survey if you want to import that survey in VizualSurvey.
Importing Data from QuestionPro
Once you have saved your QuestionPro API and Customer Id keys in the Data Configuration screen you will be able to import data directly from your QuestionPro Account. In the Upload screen you will click on the QuestionPro button and select the Survey you would like to import. It will take some time to upload but once finished you will receive an email and the Upload screen will show you a preview of the data. When you go to the Prep Data screen it will have all of the New Question # and Question Types already selected. You will see the QuestionPro Question Code and Question Type added to the beginning of the column names, this is what is used to apply the logic. The logic does not always come out prefect due to the complexity and customization of surveys, so you will need to go through and verify the logic is correct and if not update the New Question # and Question Type.
